With over a decade of experience in London and Melbourne, I hand-select the special pieces that are the foundation of a mid-century collection - the work of renowned designers such as Hans Wegner, Niel Moller, Peter Hvidt and Charles Eames. I also look to local lights - smaller artisan workshops such as those of Zoureff, Rosando, Krimper and Rudowski produced hand-crafted pieces with a unqiue Australian aspect.

From the UK, I love the 50's shaker-influenced designs of Lucian Ercolani, a contemporary of his, Robert Heritage displayed a wonderful flair throughout a long career - his designs were carried by Harrods and Heals of London. They still look beautiful today.

In London I designed and supplied furniture for a number of restaurants, bars and private commissions, largely in the vibrant East End. I also devised and presented a vintage-object oriented program for prime-time commericial television.

After four years in Richmond, I am moving to larger premises in Kensington, Melbourne in February 2013.

Ours is an era where so many things good are endlessly replicated and reduced - I believe in original pieces and their ability to enrich our lives.
